WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our return policy is simple!

At WishCrave we treat you like family. Most orders are received within 14-21 business days. You may request a refund if for some odd reason it takes longer than 45 business days.

We will obviously gladly refund you if we shipped you the wrong item.


HOW DO YOU GUYS AT WishCrave PROCESS PAYMENTS?

Our pricing is denominated in USD, United.States.Dollars.

All payments and exchanges are dealt directly by our payment processors.

I ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?

There is nothing to worry about, the rest of your order is on the way!

We ship every item individually so that even if some items aren’t available it won’t hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?

Your order will take between 7 to 14 business days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched. We typically send out tracking numbers to your email 3 to 5 days after it is shipped.

Please note delivery times may vary according to different country’s customs restrictions.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payments by Paypal - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and even Bitcoin.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

For a limited timewe are offering FREE standard shipping option on all orders over $25.

HOW SECURE IS YOUR SITE?

WishCrave processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraudulent activity.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS OR WANT TO CHANGE SOMETHING IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

Send us an email to hello@WishCrave.com; ASAP so we can correct this before your order ships out.

For address correction please include [WRONG ADDRESS] in the subject line so we notice your high priority issue.

For a change to your order please include [ORDER CHANGE] so that we can spot the inquiry and prioritize it.


Do I receive a tracking number?

Currently, we are not set up to send tracking numbers.
However, most orders are received within 15-20 business days at most.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Due to the nature of the product, we adhere to a strict store policy and do not allow returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue with the product.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We are terribly sorry if this has happened. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. If you need to exchange the faulty item for the same item, send us an email through Contact Us tab.

As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website. If 7 days have gone by since your product receipt, unfortunatelywe can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?

We have fulfillment centers across the globe in Asia, Canada, USand Australia.


WILL CHRISTMAS AFFECT SHIPPING TIMES?

Due to the high volume of shipments that are sent and delivered during the Christmas season, orders; can be expected to be slightly delayed and may arrive up to 10 business days later than expected.

This means that all orders made in November and December can take up to 35 business days to arrive. This also has an effect on our refund policy.
