Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Final Sale Policy

Once your order is placed at WishCrave.com, it is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is one of the exceptions below.

FAULTY ITEMS
We are terribly sorry if this has happened. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. If you need to exchange the faulty item for the same item, send us an email through Contact Us tab.

As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website. If 7 days have gone by since your product receipt, unfortunatelywe can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Missing/Late Orders

Majority of orders will deliver 15-20 business days after they are processed and shipped. Sometimes orders may experience shipping delays due to factors out of our control. If it has been longer than 20 business days, please Contact us and we will help locate your order and determine whether a refund can be applied

If your delivered order is incomplete, it may have been shipped in two separate packages, please contact us to confirm.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
